Weak is the pursuer and the pursued!

[Quran 22:73,74]

O people, here is a parable that you must ponder carefully: the idols you set up beside GOD can never create a fly, even if they banded together to do so. Furthermore, if the fly steals anything from them, they cannot recover it; weak is the pursuer and the pursued.

They do not value GOD as He should be valued. GOD is the Most Powerful, the Almighty.

Dear friends,

This a very intresting and wonderful parable from Quran. Can money or power or modern science create a mosquito? A complete mosquito that can be an independent new generation?

If a mosquito bite us, what can we do? Can we get back the blood that it steals from us?

We should accept that we are very weak against our creator.

King Solomon of ancient Israel, who asked: “What does a man come to have for all his hard work and for the striving of his heart with which he is working hard under the sun?” On reflection, many come to the realization that much of what they did turned out to be “vanity and a striving after wind.
Weak is the pursuer and the pursued!-Your are right,we should not let the fact that we have to endure in a world filled with pain and suffering dissuade us from believing in the strength of God. We all our weak before him.
    Good reminder for all us.

Thanks Larra, We have another very important thing we have liberty in our choices.
We are weak but we can do a lot.

    Iamanda, You are exactly right.

Thanks Hadi, We have some verses about King Solomon also in Quran.
We believe that he had the largest kingdom possible in this world.
Just for a sample see this:

    [Quran 27:15]
We endowed David and Solomon with knowledge, and they said, “Praise GOD for blessing us more than many of His believing servants.”

    Thanks all for your feedbacks.
